In order to guarantee continuous progress for learners as well as transparency for language course coordinators at the companies, we undergo regular evaluations of our courses.
Once a year, course participants complete a feedback questionnaire about various aspects of their course. Once questionnaires have been collected, we compile the results and review them with company course coordinators.
Together, we look at the evaluations in detail, course attendance and overall satisfaction with each course, as well as the educational methods employed by the instructor and in-depth analyses of progress made by each learner.
This regular evaluation of success in each course allows us to work closely together to set shared long-term goals – our evaluation process thus has great advantages for both sides.
